add How to upgrade my membership?

In order to cancel your membership, please go to the Main Dashboard and click on the Account Settings tab located in the left menu (decktop only).

 

 

 

 

add I did not receive my subscription ID!

If you have not received your subscription ID, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, please try the following steps:

 

Go to the Main Dashboard and look on the left upper side of your screen for the "Member ID".

 

If you are an Epoch Customer, find your ID at Epoch find purchase page

 

If you are a CCbill Customer, contact the billing processor at CCBill Help.

add What can I do with a slow download speed?

We have multiple servers around the world that are based in the USA, Europe and Asia. Internet bandwidth in every of these locations is running with 10GBit/s at the very minimum. Theoretically, your download speed for our videos should never be any limited. Unfortunately, there are some known issues that might occur.

What to do in such a situation?

Send us an email to our support, providing us with your:
- IP address.
- Name of the file you are trying to download.
- Time of your download's attempt (including the time zone you live in).

Our support team will contact you back as soon as possible with the solution.

add I forgot my login details!

You can retrieve your login details by clicking on "Lost your password" within the VR Conk login page after typing in your email.

You can also just send us an email at support@vrconk.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

 

add You did not receive your password?

If you haven't received your password, make sure to check your spam box to see if it's there.

 

Additionally, it might take some time for it to arrive due to some outstanding overloaded servers - which is an extremely rare occurrence but, unfortunately, can happen regardless of us.

 

If you still did not receive your password after a while and it is not in the spam folder, please contact us at support@vrconk.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
